LH 151 replacement - Tiki Drinks and Food

First, I was going to order from K&L Wines in CA, but at checkout they couldn't ship to Louisiana. Then I went to my local decent liquor store today, and the person I spoke with had no idea who their distributors were. I asked to speak to the person who makes the purchases but they "won't be in till tomorrow." Whats the name of the person at a liquor store that would know who their distributors are, etc? Just the manager? Owner? Purchaser?
