The larger Oro Blanco is a recent variation of a grapefruit, bred to be a bit sweeter and seedless. It will make an excellent drink, but of your two choices the smaller fruit is probably closer to what Donn was using while travelling the Caribbean and inventing his Rhum Rhapsodies. |
