My wife's grandfather (right) is wearing his U.S. Coast Guard uniform (and is aged about 19-20), so this picture was most likely taken shortly after they were married in Hollywood, Fl in April 1943. He was stationed here during World War II. Update: This may even be the celebratory post-wedding dinner, as the other couple in the photo were the best man and maid of honor. Here's the souvenir photo taken of my wife's grandparents at the Club Bali.
