It's not hard to do and you can find many ways to do it on youtube. Best tip is don't make the hole too big as this makes them harder to play. The two horns I made are on the far left of photo. The third shell is hard to play as the hole is too big. Just under the size of a dime is the right size, hey you can always make it bigger. And ALWAYS wear a mask when you drill or grind/cut shells. Every shell will have a different sound it's cool when you play two shells at once and get them to harmonize, sounds like a old boat air horn.
