I've gone exclamation point happy! I'm feeling much, much better about our plan! Belmont/Sunnyside is one of the neighborhoods we're looking at this weekend...As well as Hawthorne and Laurelhurst. Currently we live in between the Mission and Noe Valley in SF and love being able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. We'd like to have that again, or maybe even live amongst the trees! Looking forward to buying everyone a drink at the NW Crawl! Hopefully we'll be moved by then... David
