Picked up this tapa yesterday, and it's huge. It's a little strange though. The imagery seems Western. I don't know much about tapa cloth. Can any body fill me in on what I have here?

You have a Tongan Ngatu. You can tell because the crest on it is the official seal of Tonga.

The pine trees are Holo Paini, the motif representing the Norfolk Pines that line the street to the Royal Palace.

The Bird is Ikale Tahi, the Sea Eagle, the Tongan national bird.

the Lion is synomymous with the King of Tonga.

I don't know what the pokey looking thing under the bird is. It's common, but I don't know what it's supposed to represent.
