Praying mantis baby just hatched.
That is the egg sack up top.
100 to 200 baby praying mantis can hatch out of one egg.

These egg sacks can be bought on where else, eBay.
We set about five egg sacks worth free each year in our yard and
see maybe two to three grown 4 inch praying mantis each year.

Who knows how many really live?
