Octoganal Orchids of Hawaii

I SOOOOOOO want one of these for my home lounge! Bob at Oceanic Arts tells me that this exact lamp is listed in the 1991-1992 Orchids of Hawaii catalog as their #BL6 17" x 16" at $129.00 each.

I saw this lamp referred to earlier in this thread as a "polygon" shape. Someone else called it an octagon. And then I saw "dodecahedron", which sounds like that could be the ticket. I suppose to be exact one would have to count the exact number of facets this lamp has and then that would lead to the correct shape name.

Studying the pic carefully, though, I see that it would have ten pentagonal panels, plus one pentagonal openings on the top for the light to go in and either a bottom panel or pentagonal opening on the bottom for more light to shine down. So that's 12 facets/sides total. And a 12-sided object would, indeed, be called a dodecahedron, which Wikipedia refers to as a "12-sided polyhedron". (Whew!!)

But, most importantly, does anyone know where to OBTAIN one of these things, or know someone who can CONSTRUCT one? (Hell, if it wasn't so bloody elaborate I could make one myself!)
