There's two Hula's now! One in Phoenix of which I've been to and one in Scottsdale from what I've heard. There's also The Bikini Lounge. Everything else that I'm aware of in the Phoenix are eateries. The Kon Tiki is located in Tucson about 100 miles south of Phoenix. I have a blog about these and a few others.
