Stamford Raffles. Batavia Arrack, Jamaican rum, lime juice, Ango and ginger beer. I only had Jamaican ginger beer on hand and it dominates the drink a bit. Barritt's or even ginger ale would let the Arrack come through more, but definitely worth revisiting. |
