I guess you'd call this a Jim's Special Special. I took the basic recipe of the Tiki Ti Jim's Special from Sippin' Safari, added a 1/2 oz. of homemade falernum, added another 1/2 oz. of homemade orgeat instead of simple syrup, reduced the 2 1/2 oz. of tequila in the recipe to 1 oz. and subbed an oz. of Mexican Brandy and a 1/2 oz. of Pisco. Garnished with peppermint from the garden and a yellow asian lily.
