Every morning in the lounge they had the most amazing pineapple macadamia nut bread that I couldn't get enough of and still dream about. Sooooooo yummy. I've been dying to find the recipe. I can't have gluten anymore, but I bet I could tweak it with gluten-free flours and get it pretty darn close. This is not the pineapple bread with macadamia nut butter that they now serve in the Kona Cafe. That's completely different--it's a dinner-roll kind of bread, whereas the old one was a dense, sweet kind of zucchini or banana bread style. That stuff was like tropical breakfast heaven.
