Don's FUTURE:

  1. IF the current landowner wants sell & level Don's which has a month to month lease.
  2. IF the prospective developer is offering big $$$$ to that landowner.
  3. IF the prospective developer has their legal zoning muscle, environment impact studies etc. ready for a Zoning Hearing. Looks BAD! )-:
