The wife and I did the custody shuffle and it worked out that we had the 4th of July to ourselves... so we spent the day combing antique and thrift stores for treasures. Tiki items are tough to come by in this area (Western Kentucky / Northwest Tennessee). You Cali folks don't realize how lucky you are... although, I ignore items everyday at shops that you can't find on the West Coast... so I suppose it's a trade off. That being said, I think we made some great finds:

This Dee Bee Co. parrot:

A most excellent wooden Buddha:

This brass and copper diving helmet... the front glass is missing, but I got it at a sweet price:

These carved wooden cups... I can't find info on them anywhere. If anyone has any insight, please lemme know:
