The tour guide was feeding you the company line. My old friend Dug Miller got quite a few of the original tiles when they tore it out for the "new" Tomorrowland done in 1998.... If there is anything under there, I would be very surprised. Disney has a long history of trashing signifigant parts of the park....

Hey Al -
not to be a big know-it-all, but that ain't true.... The tour guide was feeding you the company line. My old friend Dug Miller got quite a few of the original tiles when they tore it out for the "new" Tomorrowland done in 1998.... If there is anything under there, I would be very surprised.
