Wow, Sam is like the "King of Tiki-Fusion Food", and the Hawaiian King of "POKE"! Awesome food - whew! I told him him needs to write a "TIKI Cook book" about the Asian Fusion food that is severed in "Tiki Resturants" - Sam is actually is known as a founding contributor of "Pacific rim cuisine" - That HAS to mean he is the "TIKI CHEF" if ya' ask me!
