But its food for thought...this might fall under "the things I wished I had done differently" if I end up going that route. Or at least its a tip for your build tips thread...make sure to really think through what your bar needs are before constructing the bar. As I've gotten the structural and decorative part of the bar to the point of actually being able to use it, I now realize that refrigeration and running water should have been a higher priority.
