The east village tropical get-up is elaborate enough to put the Rainforest cafe to shame. the dining room has miles of bamboo, a towering waterfall, an enormous birdcage (containing a real white cockatoo named Wally) and live, hip-swinging hula girls. The menu will follow the tropical theme with Polynesian and Asian-inspired dishes, plus whole roasted pigs for private luaus.
