I think EVERYTHING there is/was a good price but i guess that's more coming from my perspective of never really seeing anything like any one of those pieces here in Australia at all, and if i did i can assure you the asking price would be a lot higher than the prices you paid.

Your $447 spend, which is a lot to spend in one week, is just over $600AUS and i could never see myself spending that much in one week, but having said that, if i stumbled upon so many great pieces i probably would just because i'd be kicking myself for not buying it when i had the chance, knowing that the odds of finding so much cool stuff at once is very unlikely to happen here.

For the record, the large PNG mask i posted on the previous page i paid $200AUS (talked down to $230), about $145US, and the reason why i bought it was because it's a great size, in very good condition, and the VERY few times i've seen something similar for sale it's been at least two, if not three times the price. What would something like that sell for over there?

I'd say that 98% of all 'Tiki' stuff we see here in Australia is a combination of either tacky tourist New Zealand souvenirs, like the boats i posted today ($20 and $11.25), or PNG pieces that are usually very expensive, or damaged, usually both.
