Yes, LH makes it better IMO but it is not being sold in the U.S. Right now so it kinda hurts when I use it :) I experiment with different rums all the time, and I always put a Demerara in the mix. I think the better rum you use, the better it tastes, definitely. I usually use 3 rums, one being overproof. |
