Nice display of the rums, aggregated into a funky rum-forward concoction...

Bali Bali
Wow, nice! Very nice! Recipe here from TC but can't remember who posted it... Easy to drink, very pleasant.

These are two strong drinks.

Can't believe I can still type on my phone... Too relaxed to post pics...

Ace, Is yours like dis one?
Bali Bali from the Bali Ha’i New Orleans

Makes 1 drink

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce fresh orange juice

1 ounce pineapple juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce light rum

1 ounce gin (94-proof preferred)

1 ounce brandy

1/2 ounce falernum

1/2 ounce passionola (passion fruit syrup)

1 ounce dark rum

Combine all ingredients and serve in a tall glass.

Ronnie at Trader Sam’s made an excellent Bali Bali but I don’t think that it had gin.
Cheers
