My heart swells with joy knowing that this abandoned treasure will be restored, renovated, and reopened. Hopefully, the new design will honor the past design. It was great to hear the mayor speak in the video of doing things "the right way." The first time my wife and I visited Kauai about five years ago, we discovered Coco Palms and learned it's sad story. The photos of the resort in it's heyday were amazing, and we wished we'd visited it at that time. When Coco Palms does reopen we will definitely make plans to get there. Maybe a group from Tiki Central could be make the trip together. A pilgrimage of sorts. Thank you again!
