David our always gracious bartender let us sample several syrups and rums including the Clement coconut which I've never seen on a liquor store shelf, gave us a "night cap" of Plantation Pineapple cuz he knows how much I love it, and sent us home with a t-shirt and some of their house made orgeat and grenadine. I had to break down and see what all the fuss was about ...

Picked up the bottle Monday. Started out last night with a classic Daiquiri, which was outstanding. Tonight I went with a Tiki twist, adding passion fruit syrup and a few dashes of Angostura and Pernod. Great stuff!
