I'm curious to hear testimonials from people trying different methods (rind or not, adding sugar or not, using white rum or dark rum). I have a back up bottle of Stiggins but when I finish my current bottle, I'm going to make a batch of homemade and how good it turns out will determine how quickly I work my way through the rest of the real stuff.
