Perfect for preparing the palate. Aviation Cocktail,source unknown. 2 oz Gin-I use St. George Botanical 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur 1/2 oz lemon juice-from my friends place in Indio Dash Creme De Violette Shake with a large handful of fresh hard ice and pour unstrained into a martini glass.I chill the glass for an hour or so in da freezer. An exceptional drink,imo. Cheers
