Generally that lands me at about 100 a foot. Anything less and I'd almost rather keep the thing and throw it in the bar. Diameter is another question, because when we go over 12 inches there is a lot more surface area that needs to be carved. Never cheat yourself; your time, skill, and effort is worth it's hire. Just don't go too extravagant pricewise and you'll be fine.
