Blood Orange Spindrift. It obviously belongs in a large snifter, but mine seems to have grown legs and walked off.

Mahalo Pat,I’ve had a bottle of Skipper Rum in my bar since last summer.
Also have the other ingredients so I’m gonna try one tomorrow night.
Cheers

I've really gotten to like Skipper over time. I know it's not the smoothest and nicest of demerara rums, but that heavy, mucky, brown sugar monstrosity of a flavor REALLY shines in certain cocktails, most notably the navy grog, and that 90 proof heft helps it be heard even in drinks where the demerara portion is small compared to the other ingredients.
