When it comes to opening a new place, I agree a lot of the old decorations are unavailable. That's why I tossed out the idea of purchasing Tongs Tiki Hut. It has all the old time charm, a decent location and parking etc. I don't know who the current owners are, but I'm guessing they are not too long before retirement. TTH would be a great base to build off of. |
