em -- let me add my congrats on your house purchase, I hope you & mrs. emspace & the little monkey are happy in your new abode. i must say i'm more than a little surprised you're clearing out all the tiki bric-a-brac, i thought for sure you would at least hang on to the beachcomber mugs. in any case, i know it won't be long before your collection "grows back" probably bigger than before.

ps. is there a guest bedroom in that new house? no reason.
