The people kept every piece of paper from there oahu/kauai trip. I love the airlines place mat. I knew this castaways/ports o' call/ pieces of eight menu was sought after, (i wish it was in better shape) but after looking on ebay at what they are selling for I was shocked. It may have to be sold to fund something else I'd rather have. lol This menu was interesting. Captains Table from twin Falls Idaho. I looked up the address (its a used car lot now). Seems like it would have been a Nautical place, but on Friday and Saturday it apparently had "hawaiian nights" with dinner and a floor show from the Hinano polynesian review. Somebody wrote 1978 on the menu.
