The Olympics Opening Ceremony happened to fall on my birthday this year. My BFF and I had been out to dinner and a show with my sister, so we watched it on the DVR when we got home. We began with Brazil's national drink, Caipirinhas. Then as each country's athletes entered the arena, if I had a bottle of rum from that country, we would open it and have an ounce of it. In all honesty, we had more than an ounce of a couple of these, we also missed a few countries since they were already in the "E"s when I decided on the plan. We covered: Costa Rica, Jamaica, Panama, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela
