Hey everyone, Houston is hosting our first event, Bamboo on the Bayou, October 17- 22. This will be something different for Texas and we sure hope you can make it ! It will be a week of cocktail crawls culminating in on Saturday at The Bigtop and The Pachinko Hut with a tiki market place, live music, DJ's, and some of Houston's best bartenders serving classic tiki cocktails and some of their own more modern concoctions. Lei Low will be hosting a kickoff party Sunday Oct 16 unveiling new glassware designed by the Boozy Doodler and Tropicana Joe will DJ. Monday-Friday several Houston Area bars will each feature their take on one different classic tiki cocktail a night. The drink schedule is as follows:

Monday 10/17 Mai Tai
Tuesday 10/18 Jungle Bird
Wednesday 10/19 Planter's Punch
Thursday 10/20 Zombie
Friday 10/21 Daiquiri

We will have a contest which will involve posting pictures of the nightly drink and tagging the bar you're at on Instagram. Winners will receive prizes at the October 22 celebration at Shoeshine Charley's Big Top Lounge and The Pachinko Hut.

Tickets for the Saturday Event will be $12 and can be purchased in advance on the Sig's Lagoon website.
