Modern Tiki posted their version of pineapple infused rum using light rum and the fruit of a pineapple (no rinds), steeped in a fridge for 7-10 days. http://www.moderntiki.com/how-to-make-diy-pineapple-rum/ Stiggins is now readily available in my area so I only ever made the one batch noted above. Still curious if others have experimented with this and the results. |
