curiosity got the best of me and i picked up some pomelos. if you're looking for white grapefruit, don't compromise. but if life gives you pomelos, as it did for me, you can make this:

pampelmousse punch

2 oz pomelo
1 oz lemon
1 oz orange
1 oz Coruba dark Jamaican
1 oz Ron de Barrelito 3 star
1 oz passion fruit syrup (small hand foods)
1/4 oz raspberry gum syrup (small hand foods)
