It's likely what The Mai-Kai uses ... It's also sold in smaller bottles, but only at our famous roadside stands run by the orange groves. It's 100% fresh juice, not from concentrate, which is a major difference from the brands you find in grocery stores ... However, I would recommend mixing 2 parts of the key lime juice from concentrate with 1 part of fresh-squeezed Persian lime juice to achieve a similar taste to the tart key lime juice used at The Mai-Kai.
