I unexpectedly (and happily) discovered Demerara sugar on the shelf while shopping at a big box store this past weekend. I snatched it up, made some rich Demerara syrup, and tried a Queen's Park Swizzle (using El Dorado 5) and Martin Cate's Henry & John (using my our spiced rum). Both were delightful. |
