UPDATE: The first house deal fell through. The owner didn't want to make repairs and this is a VA Loan so Repairs are required. However have made an offer on an equally nice house with an awesome dock of which I would own 70ft into the waterway. This gives more than enough room to build the bar over the waterway and still have plenty for my sailing vessel.
