Next week the new house gets inspected Have decided to do the project in phases. Will start by building a small Tiki/pirate Bar on the main deck to experiment with. Going to have a pier repair/construction company to get a quote for placing pilings for the final project, since the World's Inn is to be sitting out on the water. The property extend's seventy feet out into the canal, so I have plenty of space to build. In the meantime will work on the Main deck bar to get a feel for what I am doing.
