Had a tasty version of a Zombie at Catch in Tustin, California. They call em “Walker” there and make them with Flor de Cana 4, Don Q Amber, and El Dorado 151. Also had a Hemingway’s Ghost (Daiquiri). They make three different versions-all using Papa’s Pilar Rum. Blonde, 24 yr. old or Cask. I had the Cask and it was good . |
