I'm at Alibi right now. This is only day two open with the new management. The menus are showing a serious attempt to get it right. The flavor profiles of the drinks are right on. They just need a few tweaks like getting crushed ice and giving the drinks a serious shake. I think this is the first time in decades that they sqeezed a lime! |
