For this Mai Tai I used Rhum Clement Cuvee Homere and Zaya 12 yr. Certainly not an inexpensive drink, but worth the price. Taste was sublime, will be my go to combination for sure. The next morning there was a little left in the shaker and I tasted it, was maybe even better than the night before. Makes me wonder if making one and leaving it in the fridge overnight might make an even better Mai Tai?? Will post if I ever have enough willpower...
