I did also want to open a tiki bar here and was going to use Ben if I did.

And look at Hale Tiki! it was awesome!
As in one year and gone, why did it go out?
looked right to me.

I bet Hale Tiki thought that same thing.

Don't want to be a downer, but people need to find the right way to make these places work and stay for many years.

I hate to see people loose all that money and work putting in these places all for not.
They are very hard to sell once they start to tank, other restaurant folks wait for the sale and get the place bit by bit for pennies.

You are looking at it very hard so that's good.

Hey I sell lights and I should be like go for it you will do great.
I live in Ohio and you could drive up and save ship costs even.
Just sold a bunch to a bar near here and he paid WAY less than any other place he could have gone.
