Searching for Cherry Blossom Recipe from Aku-Aku, LV - Tiki Drinks and Food

I'm trying to track down the recipe for the Cherry Blossom cocktail that was served at the Aku-Aku in Las Vegas. Below is an image from the menu. (A similar image appears in Beachbum Berry's Total Tiki app under the Hawaiian Sunset recipe, although the Savage Island Pearl in the image below has been replaced by the Hawaiian Sunset -- even though it looks like the exact same drink).
