Freestyle rum barrel #2

Same as the recipe above, except :

Clementine juice and honey syrup both reduced by a 1/4 oz;
Allspice dram increased by a teaspoon.
Rum mix is now: 1 oz each of Goslings (regular strength) and rhum JM gold; half oz of light Cuban rum; 3/4 oz Wray & Nephew overproof.

Much better and more balanced - more tart and you get the juice more. Def benefits from a darker mix of rum too.
