We know it is solid wood, made from real boat hatches, and most likely a one-off custom piece from the 60s (give or take a decade). We picked it up over 10 years ago and had it restored in 2007 by Bamboo Ben (thanks, Ben!) who put 3 layers of marine epoxy on it. The seats were never reupholstered and they need to be. Just never got around to it. This is a very unique piece and would be a great addition to a nautical or tiki themed room or backyard. The top does not have stripes, the patio cover was casting a shadow. Asking $700. Located in Yorba Linda, CA.
