I have never gotten the hang of going between Celsius and Fahrenheit...It's funny because I learned certain things in imperial and certain things in metric (I do weight in pounds and measurements for cooking in cups but temps and speed in Celsius and Kilometers)...either way 115F (I had to look that up) is freaking hot!
