Piddersthecat there are always mugs that don't make it all the way. I am hoping that in the end the shark doesn't join the cat. It did make glazing work out better and I like photo ops like that. This mug required patience because there were so many surfaces to glaze. It took a few days. I figured that I would stop here and fire it and then finish it off after that. You can always add glaze and re-fire but you can't remove glaze if it's too thick. Wendy
