It was a tough choice, but I went with the two newest in the arsenal and made a traditional Grog (Smuggler's Cove recipe) ... Concluding with a bang, I made a Gunpowder Grog in a Hukilau 2013 mug by Tiki Diablo ... Gunpowder Grog (Justin Wojslaw, The Diller Room, Seattle) 1.5 oz lime juice 3/4 oz white grapefruit juice 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup 1/2 oz allspice liqueur 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur 2 dashes Angostura bitters 2 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum Shake with ice cubes (or blend with crushed ice) and pour into your favorite mug. Top with a splash of club soda and more ice if necessary.

Gunpowder Grog
(Justin Wojslaw, The Diller Room, Seattle)

1.5 oz lime juice
3/4 oz white grapefruit juice
3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz allspice liqueur
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum

Shake with ice cubes (or blend with crushed ice) and pour into your favorite mug. Top with a splash of club soda and more ice if necessary.
