I'll reserve judgement on their theme/design aesthetic (I can appreciate their trying to push the envelope and forge their own identity, but, honestly, this could either turn out to be very cool or spectacularly awful. I don't see much middle ground possible). What's encouraging is that the partners seem to be from the craft cocktail scene there, and successful ones at that. So they're taking their tiki cocktails seriously.
