Quite a few of those hybrids listed can be purchased at specialty nurseries. At least the plants can. You'd have to wait on them to mature enough to produce fruit. I'm currently growing a shipova, which is an uncommon hybrid of pear and mountain ash/whitebeam.

That lemato, though, is all kinds of messed up. I doubt we'll be seeing them commercially any time soon!
